Manx Quilting - At first glance these blocks look like traditional log cabin quilt blocks. But their construction is different, in a foundation-pieced quilt-as-you-go method using strips of fabric.
The Manx method is inexpensive and portable. It requires no fancy notions or batting, uses up scraps of fabrics, is easy, FUN, and addictive. No sewing machine is required as this is a hand stitching class. Anyone can accomplish Manx stitching! Nearly all of the Serendipity Staff are making blocks using the Manx method.
